 Can I start selling your products without getting my DropshipperPro license number?
No. You’re not allowed to display any of our items anywhere on the web untill you had received your unique DropshipperPro license number.

 Can I use your services if I’m not from USA or Canada?
Yes, you can. However, we currently only ship to USA and Canada. So you must market the products only for customers located in USA or Canada.

 Who do you use to ship?
We utilize UPS for most deliveries, and will on occasion utilize FedEx, United States Postal Service, Canada Post or DHL depending on the circumstances.

 Can I sell your products on my website?
Absolutely. That is the whole idea of dropshipping. You promote the products on your website or anywhere else and we ship to your customer when sold. You can start promoting and selling immediately after you received your unique DropshipperPro license number with 15% rebate.

 Where do I get my DropshipperPro license number from?
Your unique DropshipperPro license number will be emailed to you within 24 hours of making your sign-up payment. Apply now for your unique DropshipperPro license number.

 Am I allowed to offer your products on eBay?
Sure. In fact online auctions are the best and fastest way of selling the products online for profit. There is number of online auctions and stores, like eBay, Yahoo stores, Overstock, and MSN shopping where you can list your products.

If you still haven’t received anything after 24 hours, please contact us immediately. You’re entitled for a full refund within 72 hours.  Can my shipping address be different from my billing address?

 How do I calculate the shipping cost on an order?
To find out the total cost of your order, simply add the product(s) you would like to purchase to your Shopping Cart. You can then view your Shopping Cart to get the total cost of your order, including the cost of the shipping.

 How long does it take for you to ship my order?
Although every effort is made to process and ship your order within three business days, dependant on stock availability. If an out of stock or back-order situation arises, we advise the customer as soon as possible and refund the transaction

 What do I do if I have a problem with my order?
If the problem is that your product is not what you ordered, or is defective, you can return the product.
If the problem is a technical problem you are experiencing with the product, contact technical support with the manufacturer.
